Joseph is Founder of AOF Missions Inc. (AOF)and The African Orphaned and Abandoned Children's Fund LLC (AOAACF). His responsibility is to develop projects and seminars and teach on the Biblical basis for missions to challenge the Church, and to promote and coordinate networking with the American Church community and the National Churches of Sub-Sahara Africa.

Joseph served with Accelerating International Mission Strategies (AIMS) for three years as a seminar presenter and coordinator for missions in Africa helping to develop alliances for Nigeria and Kenya, while completing his Masters degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
And as a consultant to COMINAD, the Cooperative Missions Network of the African Dispersion, and to The Global Mobilizers Network (GMN)to develop a world missions view within the African American Church.

Dr. Joe is presently working on projects to raise funds to support and build orphaneges,support the efforts of missionary Kay Johnson of Nairobi Kenya, to send aid for abandoned and orphaned children in Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria and Kenya, as well as to build training facilities in Kenya and Togo and to raise funding for indigenous African missionaries.

Dr. Joe has traveled extensivly and or lived in Africa, Europe, Central America, and Southeast Asia.

He is a known conference speaker and presenter in the United States and Africa. He preaches and teaches the word with authority and clarity, born out of years of experience as an Army instructor, school teacher and public speaker. His no nonsense approach to teaching and straight forward style of preaching will have a lasting impact upon the lives of those who hear him.

For the past ten years Dr. Joe has been preaching on missions,teaching seminars on the Biblical Mandate for missions, and how to reach the Unreached of the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has delivered this message to thousands of pastors and church members throughout the US and Africa.

Dr. Joseph Rayman is an adjunct professor with Central Texas College at Ft. Stewart, Georgia, teaching Management and Personnal Finance as well as teaching in the Leadership Skills Educational Program for the military.

He is a born again, spirit filled, desciple of Jesus Christ operating in the spiritual gifts of apostle, administration, preaching and prophecy.
